Official Selection & Recognition:
By becoming part of our Official Selection, your work is curated for an exclusive festival lineup where every selected film is showcased to our audience. Following the screenings, we will officially announce and honor the winners in each category, providing you with prestigious recognition and the official title of an ALMA WORLD winner.
Live Audience Engagement:
Your work will be showcased in a screening room equipped with high-quality sound for the best possible audiovisual experience, presented to a live audience of film enthusiasts, fans, and anyone interested in coming to experience the film firsthand.
Moderated Filmmaker Introductions:
We treat every film with the highest level of respect. Before each screening, our moderators will introduce your work to the audience, sharing key highlights and presenting the creators behind the film. This ensures your project is given a meaningful spotlight and the attention it truly deserves.
100% Physical Screening Experience:
We believe in the power of the big screen. ALMA WORLD does not host online screenings. Every selected film is presented in a professional indoor cinema setting, ensuring your visual and auditory masterpiece is experienced in the highest quality.
Official Program & Visibility:
Your film will be featured in the official festival program and highlighted through comprehensive promotional efforts. We provide extensive on-site visibility, with festival posters and program banners prominently displayed throughout our venues and the surrounding city areas. Furthermore, your work will be showcased in our printed festival programs, as well as in a detailed digital program available on our official website. By being part of our event, your work gains direct exposure to fans, film enthusiasts, and visitors, placing your story at the center of the festival experience.
Respect for Your Craft:
We believe that every film deserves dedicated attention. Our festival schedule and evaluation system are built on the principle of individual assessment; every single film submitted is thoroughly watched and evaluated by our selection committee. From our very first edition, our goal has been to provide a platform for as many talented creators as possible. We strive to create as many screening slots in our program as feasible, allowing us to select and showcase a wide range of submitted films. Furthermore, this remains our core and long-term goal for future editions: to continuously expand these opportunities so we can present as many talented artists and their films and video clips as possible.
